Post subject: Suggestions Rules! Read before posting!

Follow these simple rules or else you might risked getting suspended....or even BANNED!
1. Make sure that the thing you want isn't already in the forum and you just didn't notice it. Please check before posting or else you'll be spammin'
2. No dumb questions like "I want a picture of a puppy on the homepage!" This is a serious place!
3. If you have any ideas for a new smiley, please tell me!
4. Don't PM me if I or the mods don't reply for a while. WE'LL GET THERE!
